Ekco AC64 1933. This set was the first designed by Serge Chermayeff for E. K. Cole in 1933. It bears a family resemblance to the larger and slightly less attractive AC74 of the same year. (The AC74 is also more common). These sets show a striking Modernist perspective that is unusual in radio cabinet design.

This is a very good original example, no cracks, correct back, knobs etc. and is overhauled and working. One of the harder to find early 30s bakelite Ekcos.
