Marconi 911 1940. This set was brought out as the war started, and was produced at intervals in various forms with different wavebands (and in HMV form). It has a rather attractive jukeboxy look and is unusual in that the chassis is upside -down, with the valves hanging downwards for no particular reason. This is a really nice clean one, cabinet perfect, good dial (often distorted) and original back (new cloth). Overhauled and working well.
